The hall is located at:<\/p>\n<p><strong>4879 Deren Road<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ludington, MI 49431<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>How to Rent the Summit Township Hall<\/h2>\n<p>To rent Summit Township Hall for an event, please contact Kay Deanda at 231-843-0430.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Amenities at the hall include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 chairs<\/li>\n<li>Twelve round tables<\/li>\n<li>Four 8-foot tables<\/li>\n<li>Two 6-foot tables<\/li>\n<li>A complete kitchen<\/li>\n<li>A coffee pot<\/li>\n<li>A selection of dishes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pricing is as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Full day (until 5:00 pm): <\/strong>$400 ($200 to rent, plus $200 deposit)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evening rental (beginning at 6:00 pm): <\/strong>$400 ($200 to rent, plus $200 deposit)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partial day rental (either 9:00 am \u2013 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm \u2013 6:00 pm): <\/strong>$225 ($100 to rent, plus $125 deposit)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Funerals\/funeral lunches for residents and family: <\/strong>No fees charged<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SIGNED CONTRACT NEEDS TO BE SENT TO CLERK AS SOON AS YOU HAVE BOOKED THE DATE.\u00a0 \u00a0Without the contract, the date cannot be held.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please remember that the Summit Township Hall is a smoke-free facility. <a href=\"https:\/\/summittownship.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Townhall-Rental-Contract.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">If you would like to rent the hall download our Lease Agreement.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Summit Township Hall can be rented to residents of Summit Township for large gatherings and events, such as weddings, graduations, reunions, and more.
