The Summit Township Hall can be rented to residents of Summit Township for large gatherings and events, such as weddings, graduations, reunions, and more. The hall is located at:

How to Rent the Summit Township Hall

To rent Summit Township Hall for an event, please contact Kay Deanda at 231-843-0430.

Amenities at the hall include:

  • 150 chairs
  • Twelve round tables
  • Four 8-foot tables
  • Two 6-foot tables
  • A complete kitchen
  • A coffee pot
  • A selection of dishes

Pricing is as follows:

  • Full day (until 5:00 pm): $400 ($200 to rent, plus $200 deposit)
  • Evening rental (beginning at 6:00 pm): $400 ($200 to rent, plus $200 deposit)
  • Partial day rental (either 9:00 am – 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm): $225 ($100 to rent, plus $125 deposit)
  • Funerals/funeral lunches for residents and family: No fees charged

SIGNED CONTRACT NEEDS TO BE SENT TO CLERK AS SOON AS YOU HAVE BOOKED THE DATE.   Without the contract, the date cannot be held.
